1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the vc77 online betting and casino website accessible at https://vc77.ws and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform to place wagers or engage with any game or service offered.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any sports event, casino game, crash game, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by vc77 that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations and deadlines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means the lawful currency of Bangladesh, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform and/or registering an Account, you unconditionally agree to these Terms, together with the Platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access, register on, or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vc77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

vc77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of vc77 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers, unless express written consent has been granted by vc77 management.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by vc77 for violation of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by vc77 or any associated responsible gaming registry.

vc77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute confirmation of eligibility; eligibility is a continuing obligation.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you will update your Account details promptly if any of that information changes.

vc77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the lifetime of an Account. Failure to complete verification checks within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending verification.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

vc77 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA is available via SMS to your registered mobile number and can be activated from your Account security settings.

In the event that you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or believe that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify vc77 Support immediately via the live chat function. vc77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to notify the Platform promptly upon becoming aware of a security breach.

vc77 will never ask you to disclose your full password by any means, including via live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from vc77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the vc77 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.

vc77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within two (2) to five (5) minutes of the payment being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Deposits made via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes, subject to network conditions.
• vc77 does not charge any transaction fee on standard deposits. Transaction fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• In rare circumstances, deposits may be subject to manual review by the vc77 payments team. You will be notified if your deposit requires additional processing time.

vc77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently, by way of a chargeback, or using funds obtained through unlawful means. Any Account associated with fraudulent payment activity will be immediately suspended and referred for further investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, 08:00–23:00).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard operating hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operating period.
• vc77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal transactions. You are responsible for any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Where a Player has received Bonus Funds, those funds (and any winnings derived from them) may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

vc77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include, without limitation, updated proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Compliance with such requests is a condition of withdrawal processing.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

vc77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which will specify the offer amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet size while wagering, and expiry date.

General conditions applicable to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — Players who have been self-excluded or whose Accounts are under review are not eligible.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• vc77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where it believes the offer is being exploited or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect offer being published.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that cannot be attributed to genuine play may be voided at vc77's discretion.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are held separately within your Account wallet. Real-money funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless the applicable promotion terms specify a different staking order.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the vc77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. These rules are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. vc77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except where provided for in the specific sport or market rules (e.g., void markets, abandoned events).
• In the event of a disputed result, vc77's decision shall be final and binding on all Players.
• vc77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• For live (in-play) betting, odds may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets placed during a suspended period may be voided at vc77's discretion.
• For cricket betting, all BPL, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC) within 72 hours of match completion.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vc77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by vc77.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any account verification, responsible gaming restriction, or self-exclusion measure imposed by vc77.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vc77 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the vc77 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and data, is the property of vc77 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior express written consent of vc77. Any unauthorised use of Platform content is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vc77 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

vc77's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vc77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Privacy & Data

vc77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used primarily to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. vc77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers and payment processors who are contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality and security.

All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. vc77 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

14 Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. Closure of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued under the previous version of the Terms.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction from which the Player accesses the Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or any Platform transaction, you must contact vc77 Support in the first instance by submitting a written complaint via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. vc77 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days (BST).

vc77's decision on all betting disputes, game outcomes, and bonus-related matters shall be final and binding, except where vc77 determines that a Player has been disadvantaged by a clear technical error, in which case vc77 will take reasonable remedial action at its discretion.
